Our Approach

At Leading Edge Behavior Solutions, we are dedicated to applying the principles of behavior analysis to develop individualized treatment plans that encourage positive behavior and enhance the quality of life for children, young adults, and their families. We tailor our approach not only based on evidence-based strategies but also by integrating what we observe and learn from each family’s unique dynamics. This holistic perspective fosters growth, independence, and resilience, creating meaningful change that extends beyond session and into everyday life.

Why Choose Us

Our distinctive 2:1 model pairs two behavioral specialists with one client, creating more opportunities for individualized teaching, consistent support, and meaningful community participation.

We work on the skills that matter in daily life: communicating needs, managing difficult behavior, building relationships, and becoming more independent.

Families are part of the process. We coordinate with caregivers and other providers to help skills carry over across people, places, and routines.

Contact
Ronnie and Lauren entered our lives at a critical transition point for our son. They came in with respect and compassion for the situation and ideas to build new positive routines and skills. They understand the extremely critical aspect of building rapport. Their stable and comforting presences allowed for that to build easily. Once built, they were able to support our son in engaging in many new activities in the community. Eating in restaurants, shopping, going to movies are all things that are part of our typical life now. It wouldn’t have been possible without Ronnie and Lauren laying the groundwork.  – Jennifer S., Fairfield, CT
